Ten-thousand-plus students are served by zero math interventionists in Lancaster. Fifteen-minute recesses are all some 5-year-olds have because there are no staff to supervise longer in William Penn, and in Philadelphia, there is one counselor for 799 students, and countless buildings in need of repair and remediation.”
“Does that sound like a thorough or efficient education to you? It isn’t,” Sippio-Smith said.
