As an organization started by a group of School Board Directors, a cornerstone of our strategy has been reaching out to more School Board Directors within Pennsylvania, forming partnerships, providing education (if needed), and inviting them to join us. At the end of the day, School Board Directors interface with their constituents and they know how to educate and activate their constituents. This Team is focused solely on continuing that mission.
This team, reporting to the Steering Team, will continue to find ways to connect with more School Board Directors, talk to Directors about current legislation, and brainstorm ways to engage Directors in actions that align with overall goals. They will also focus on organizations like PSBA (Pennsylvania School Boards Association) that can lead aid to the cause.
Key positions within the School Board Directors Team include:
- Team Leader
- Team Secretary
- Legislative Action Team Liaison (if needed)
